Smartlead Webhook Creation

Find it here and add the webhook with the following settings:

Event Type: LEAD_CATEGORY_UPDATED

Choose any category (positive categories recommended)

Delete/modify the update deal section

If you want to dynamically map Lead Categories to Deal stages, simply modify the formula in this module. Use the lowercase category name and map it to the stage ID. The black variable is purposely there to cause an error, reminding you to do this... Delete that variable

I recommend choosing an "immediate" occurrence for this automation
