Create a research-based meeting recap

This automation takes meeting recaps to a whole new level by doing research and then creating a job description for you.

1. Reading your call transcripts, researching prospects then creating job descriptions based on calls
I used this automation when working with a design agency. I used it to convey meeting info to other stakeholders (this is perfect for recruiting/outsourcing companies)
Pre-requisite: You will need to use the make automation to send transcripts to Clay
Post-requisite: You will need to create an automation that captures the meeting recap and then use it however you'd like (notify teammates in Slack, auto-send to the client, send yourself recaps, etc.). You can use the (create draft) automation below or modify it to fit your needs.

Manual Changes
(Mailhook version) Create a Trigger
Depending on your meeting recorder, you may or may not be able to watch new transcripts in real time. Using Fireflies, we are unable to watch new transcripts so instead we use a "Mailhook" to trigger the automation. When transcripts from Fireflies are sent to our inbox, we forward them to a user like this "h8x9sret66hiu@hook.us1.make.com" (Email found on the first module)
(Webhook version) Create a Trigger
Alternatively, you can just use a different app that allows you to "watch new recordings" such as Zoom, Twillio, etc... There are many alternatives (just search for the modules in Make before switching/using the new app - look for any "watch" actions)
(CRM version) Create a Trigger
Fireflies can integrate with your CRM to automatically log notes/meetings. If you use an integration like this, You can very easily "watch notes" in your CRM filtered by the word "fireflies" to trigger this automation (benefit of this is that you get contact details upfront)
Get Lead Info
This automation uses Hubspot but you can use any CRM or Smartlead. Just use the email to capture additional contact info which we'll then send to Clay
Create Clay Table
Duplicate the clay table.
Within Clay - click "Import" at the bottom of the page and choose "Import data from a webhook"
Copy the webhook URL.
Insert the webhook in the (Make) automation in the HTTP module.
