If you get the monthly consulting package, you can also invite them to a (private) messaging channel. We are happy to accommodate any messaging platform including Slack, Whatsapp, Email, Google chat, etc
Yes, you can reschedule consulting calls as long as you do it more than 1 day before the meeting time and you haven't rescheduled the same call more than 3 times already.
