This automation sends internal reports of your "all-time stats" from Smartlead, keeping you informed of performance metrics.
This automation has 2 components.
1. Allowing you to send reports to your clients on a cadence of your choosing
2. The first automation sends the report automatically, while the others function as tasks
Create your email template from beefree.io (copy the HTML and paste it into the email module)
Dynamically send this email to all your clients by leveraging a: Smartlead Client Database
This is a great automation however, I prefer the Clickup version below as messages can sometimes get too cluttered in Slack... You can use any project management tool (if you're not on Clickup).
Step 1 of this references data from Clickup (not Smartlead), therefore this may not work for you.
Pre-requisite: you will need to have something like this: Campaign monitoring and database
Insert the blueprints in make (new scenario)
Set a schedule
I recommend choosing a "weekly" or "bi-weekly" occurrence for this automation
