This automation notifies both your agency and clients about category changes when a lead replies, ensuring everyone stays updated for effective lead management.

Reply notifications (agency)
This automation has 2 components.
1. Notifying YOUR AGENCY about category changes (which usually occur when a lead replies).
2. Notifying YOUR CLIENTS about category changes (which usually occur when a lead replies).

'thread' reply notifications (agency)
This automation has 2 components.
1. Notifying you of any new replies within a 'thread' on Gmail or Slack. This will allow you to reply quickly to leads who want to have a back-and-forth conversation before booking a meeting.

Google Sheets Connection
If you make a copy of the Gsheets document and then make changes to the title or sheet name, you may get an error. To avoid this: ensure that the "Spreadsheet ID" and "Sheet Name" are spelled correctly.
Important: If you get a "Runtime error" - check the spelling as described above!
