This automation notifies both your agency and clients about category changes when a lead replies, ensuring everyone stays updated for effective lead management.

If you don't need client notifications, you should use: Reply Notifications (simple)
Pre-requisite: you need to have the Smartlead client database (agency) automation set up

Reply notifications (agency)

This automation has 2 components. 
1. Notifying YOUR AGENCY about category changes (which usually occur when a lead replies).
2. Notifying YOUR CLIENTS about category changes (which usually occur when a lead replies).

'thread' reply notifications (agency)

This automation has 2 components. 
1. Notifying you of any new replies within a 'thread' on Gmail or Slack. This will allow you to reply quickly to leads who want to have a back-and-forth conversation before booking a meeting.
